cheeses this aged raw milk cheese is reminiscent of Emmentaler. Nutty and slightly sweet this medium firm cheese melts well and is a perfect pairing for Pinot Noir. Great in a fondue, melted on a panini sandwich or on its own with a glass of Pinot Noir wine or Belgian style Ale.
