Shelburne Farms 2 Year Aged Cheddar - 8 oz bar of one of Vermont’s most awarded raw milk cheddars. It's rich and creamy with a firm cheddar bite. Made from the milk of pure bred Brown Swiss cows. American Cheese Society award winner. Pairs with Sparkling Wine or a low oak Chardonnay.
Kind of Blue - 8 oz. Made by Mark and Gari Fischer at Woodcock Farm, this Gorgonzola dolce style blue cheese is ultra creamy, slightly sweet, with an earthy finish. Aged 60 days. Try it with Port or Shiraz.
Timberdoodle - 8 oz. Creamy, earthy with a tangy finish, this Havarti style washed rind is made at Woodcock Farm from raw cows' milk and aged 60 days or longer. Pair with Merlot.
Gore-Dawn-Zola - 8 oz. Aged cows' milk blue cheese from Boucher Family Farm in VT. Creamy and slightly nutty with an earthy, complex finish. Great with Tawny Port.
Tarentaise - 8 oz wedge of aged, raw cows' milk cheese. American Cheese Society First Place Winner. This Certified Organic cheese is nutty and sweet with a complex caramel finish. Pairs beautifully with Pinot Noir.
