Oakvale Aged Gouda - 1 Wheel (Approximately 5 lbs) This aged Gouda is the signature cheese made at Oakvale Farm in London, Ohio. Firm with sweet and salty flavors this cheese goes beautifully with cured meats or gives a gourmet touch to mac & cheese. Made from the milk of a herd of Holstein, Brown Swiss and Jersey cows. Aged 12 months. American Cheese Society Award Winner. Pairs nicely with Chianti Reserva or Dolcetto Wines.
