Hosted by Beltane Farm in Lebanon, CT, makers of award winning goats'milk cheeses and Artisan Made-Northeast, the region's go-to resource for artisan made foods, this sumptuous dinner, presented under tent on the grounds of Beltane Farm, will feature locally produced meats, cheeses, breads, produce, condiments, sweets and more.
The evening's cheese plate will include CT made cheeses from Beltane Farm and Cato Corner Farm accompanied by award winning cheeses from throughout the Northeast region.
Meet the Cheese Maker - Cheese maker Paul Trubey from Beltane Farm will talk to guests about farmstead cheese making, the flavor characteristics of his goat cheeses and the breeds of Oberhasli and La Mancha goats.
Wine Pairings - Sally Camm, from Artisan Made-Northeast, a Certified Sommelier, will talk about the wine selections, grape varietals, individual winemakers and food pairings.

- "The Cheese Nun" This brilliant documentary produced by the Paris American Television Company chronicles the travels and research of Sister Noella Marcellino. Cheesemaker, Fulbright scholar, and Ph.D in Microbiology from the University of Connecticut. Sister Noella's study of the microorganisms that grow on traditionally made cheeses opens up a whole new world for cheesemakers, researchers and cheese enthusiasts alike.
