The Artisan Food Store has opened in Southbury, Ct! Directly across from the Southbury Green, 760 A - Main Street South, the store features 110 farmstead and artisanal cheeses, all natural handcrafted chocolates, sourdough breads, jams, sauces, honey, condiments, gourmet sandwiches and more - all foods from small farms and small batch producers throughout the northeast and other regions in the US.

Featuring local cheeses from Cato Corner Farm in Colchester, CT, Beltane Farm in Lebanon, farmstead cheeses from VT, ME, MA, NJ, NY and VA the Artisan Food Store has the most comprehensive selection of lcally made cheeses in the Northeast.

The Artisan Food Store will host evening classes led by Tom & Sally Camm such as Cheese 101 and Fundamentals of Wine and Cheese Pairing where participants will gain a more in depth perspective on domestic farmstead cheese and wine making in a relaxed and fun environment.

Certified Sommelier, Sally Camm will partner with some of the top local wineries and retailers
helping guests discover some of the first rate wines, spirits and beers being made in our region.

Guest cheese makers, wine makers, chefs and bakers will talk about small batch production and cooking with locally grown foods.

Cheese platters for our corporate event or for private entertaing are available 7 days a week.

Store hours are Monday - Saturday, 9:30 am to 7.00 pm and Sundays, 10 am to 5 pm.
